Founder and CEO, Field Nine Group

Adriana Lacy is a digital strategist, journalist, and founder building the future of media, technology, and storytelling through Field Nine Group, a parent company uniting ventures across consulting, design, influencer strategy, and analytics.

With a career that spans roles at The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Axios, Adriana brings deep expertise in audience growth, digital transformation, and newsroom innovation.

A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and creator of the Journalism Mentors initiative, Adriana has long championed equity, creativity, and access in journalism. She has also served as an adjunct professor at USC Annenberg, Brandeis University, and Boston University, teaching the next generation of media leaders.

Through Field Nine, Adriana oversees a growing portfolio of companies including Adriana Lacy Consulting, Influencer Journalism, Channel Nine Studio, Social Chime, and InsightFlow Analytics — each designed to help mission-driven organizations better engage their audiences, tell meaningful stories, and scale their impact.

Whether through strategic consulting, branded content, or technology platforms, her work sits at the intersection of creativity, systems thinking, and social good.
